Cold Mountain Creek (Nature’s Soul No.5) the fifth piece in the series.

You have left the woodland far behind you and travelled across the land until you reach the base of the mountains.

The sky is clear blue but there is a freshness in the air. The mountains rise majestically into the sky.

At the base of the mountain is a small rocky stream (creek). The water flows gently washing the stones as it continues onwards to meet the river.

All is silent except for the sound of the water gurgling over the rocks. There is an Eagle calling as it circles on the thermals high above you.

You reach down to take some water in your cupped hands to drink from the Cold Mountain Creek.
