Watching The Wheat is a traditional Welsh Song (Bugeilio’r Gwenith Gwyn)
Which translates as “Shepherding the White Wheat.”
This arrangement was for Kevin’s 50 Years A Bandsman concert being the melody that he performed on his first solo radio broadcast aged 9 years.
Written for Heather Entwistle-Edwards a friend of Kevin’s from his school days.
